Let’s imagine that you are a web designer who wants to access the account of your customers on Easy Green Hosting, without having to log in with a username and password every time.
Is it possible? Of yes!
The procedure is very simple.
First you will need to log into your customer’s account.
From the user menu, at the top right, select ‘User Management’
At this point it will be possible to send an invitation via email to your web designer account, choosing whether to have access to all permissions or only to some.
Once you have received and accepted the invitation via email, you will be able to access your customer’s account in a very simple way, by selecting ‘Change account’ from the menu at the top right and then clicking on the desired account.
